About Me

Hi there!

If you have just stumbled onto my blog, whether it be hearing about it from me, a friend, your grandma's Facebook, my grandma's Facebook, or your dog, welcome! It's nice to have you here. My name is Natalie and I am 21 years-old currently attending DePaul University. I am studying Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Spanish and Environmental Studies. When I'm not hustling through the headwinds and tailwinds of college, you can also find me doing some downward-facing dogs at CorePower, strolling the streets of the Windy City, or obsessing over my cute loaf of a golden retriever, Cooper.

Writing is not something that comes easily to everyone, as you can tell by my beginning posts I really missed a lot of grammar and the picture quality was iPod Touch horrendous. That said, I'm constantly changing and my journey is constantly changing. I hope that if you stumbled upon my blog and have read it, you can take something new with you: a shared experience, interior design inspiration, life advice, a massive amount of dog photos, or just a smile. I know I may not relate to everyone, or be the most qualified, or have the most popular blog, but as long as I can put a smile on someone's face, I know it's all worth it.

I created my blog about five years ago in hopes to start a new hobby. To my surprise, it (positively) became an addictive one. I love to write and take photos—the idea of having my own platform to do so is liberating in so many ways. This blog has been here through all the good and bad, right when I needed it. It has grown with me and continues to flourish as I do in discovering who I am on this long, and caffeine-induced, journey we call life.

Life is so much easier when you can just be you.

Love YOU.
