HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYBODY!! What are your guys' plans for the weekend? I think I am going to go see Allegiant at the movies tonight with my friends. Today I have a mini review on one of my favorite, new additions to my makeup collection. The Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer in Nude is a favorite to many and I am so glad I was able to try it out! I love tinted moisturizers and BB creams so this was a great product for me to try.
I love light coverage foundations and creams. This one is very great for feeling like you're not wearing a lot of makeup and looking like you have the most goddess-like skin. Isn't that amazing? It's great at covering up redness and imperfections while your face doesn't feel extremely cakey—which no one wants. It gives off a nice dewy glow so it isn't very matte, however; it does reduce fine lines and also hydrates your skin.
The website says that this moisturizer has vitamins C and E that act as a protection from gunk and grime. Even more ew. It also has an SPF of 20 which is great too! I also have very sensitive skin so this is a great alternative for people who react differently to certain products. I think especially during these months leading up to summer, it's important to wear SPF (even just all year round because the sun never hides!).
I have had trouble in the past trying to find a great moisturizer that didn't just fall off my face during the day or not cover up any of my imperfections and this one really worked. I know the price point for some is a bit expensive but, a little goes a very long way. May I even suggest the travel-size foundation shown above. I have been using this foundation for over a month now and there's still a ton left. The only downside of the travel-size is that there are only like two shades to choose from. The original size has about 15 shades.
I hope I can try out more of Laura Mercier in the future like her powders and other face products. Is there a specific one I need to try out? Happy Friday all!

“I created this product because I wanted to give skin a fresh, healthy, no-makeup look with a soft hint of color that evens and enhances without hiding the skin.”—Laura Mercier
Hello my lovelies! I hope the beginning of Spring is serving you all well. Where I live, it's up in the 60s! It's so nice out and because it's so nice out, we tend to dress a bit lighter and Spring dresses become one of our main outfit choices during this time of year. It also means doing our hair all nice and pretty for things like Easter, graduation, and dances if you have them! Today I have a review on one of my favorite beauty tools I own which is the NuMe Silhouette Flat Iron.
More recently I have been obsessed with straightening my hair. It's sleek and modern. I have been loving this long-bob for quite a while and straight hair looks so great on me right now! This flat iron has been my go-to for this type of look and I can't really compare any other straightener to this one. This flat iron is not cheap at all. But! Many bloggers and beauty gurus on Youtube can be affiliates of this company so be on the look out for promo codes! This is priced originally at $99. I found this through Ingrid Nilsen on one of her beauty favorites videos and I bought it for only $15 bucks! One of the best quality hair tools for the price of a flat iron you would find at the drugstore. Unfortunately, I do not have a promo code for NuMe but, if I did I would of course give it to you guys!
I believe this flat iron comes in a couple different colors but, I only saw black and hot pink as one of the options right now. They have many different flat irons and curling tools on their site so be sure to check them out! I really want to check out their curling wands because I have also heard some great things about them.
The rounded plates on the iron are great for creating beachy waves too! This iron is very portable because it isn't very big or bulky. It also came with a dust/travel bag to make sure it transports safely. The cord is also very long so if you're trying to like reach an outlet in the wall, you'll be able to stretch the iron all the way across! So handy and helpful when trying to rush and not worry about where to plug the tool in.
One thing that I am so impressed with was how fast the iron heats up. I counted to like 15 and it was already steaming! My old flat iron took like 5 minutes to heat up. I really like the nob feature on this iron; however, I don't like how you can't tell what number it's on besides 290 and 450. Maybe I like 350 degrees? How do I know if it's on that setting? You don't. I also noticed that there was no way to close the flat iron besides tying the cord around it (which is probably not safe). I was looking for a latch or something and there wasn't anything to close it with. Those were the only flaws I had noticed but, the quality and everything else makes up for it all (and the insane price).
If you are looking for an awesome quality flat iron or any other hair tool in general, I really suggest looking on NuMe's site. They have many products and the flat iron especially creates the straightest and smoothest long-lasting look. I would recommend looking for promo codes on social media because they have amazing deals on a lot of their tools, probably over 60% off if you're as lucky as I was.

Hey guys! I hope you have had a great weekend! I wanted to do a little review on the Jordana Twist & Shine lip stains that I really love and have been using every time I use my makeup. These are so smooth and pigmented and I love every single color they have in the collection. Unfortunately, I think you can only get these in the US but, they have an online store that I'm sure you could go on and find some awesome products!
These two shades are called Nude Chic and Honey Love. I love nude lip crayons and stains and I think they look and feel great on the lips. These balms are very moisturizing and they give your lips great shine! Another awesome thing about these is that they smell like candy. If I could, I would eat these they smell so amazing haha!
These two brighter and more colorful shades are called Rock N Rouge and Sweet Pink. I think these are great shades for the Spring as well! I love the color payoff and they last a very long time without cracking on your lips.
I really like these balms if any of you guys are looking for an inexpensive lip balm stain that's really pigmented and moisturizing. Jordana has been one of my favorite cosmetic brands and their lip products are the best! Please try these out! Leave comments below if there are any other brands at the drugstore that I need to try!

Hey guys! I love Urban Decay so much and have heard amazing things specifically on how great their eye shadows are. I recently purchased this from...guess where? Nordstrom Rack! I have been so obsessed with how great their deals are on makeup. This palette was only twenty bucks! I saw this and was completely drawn. Instead of your average Naked Palette review, here's a review on one of Urban Decay's older palettes that should still be sold and used today! I think this palette is great for everyone. There are so many great looks you can create with it. So what if this is an older palette? I think it's great and you all can purchase it here.
First of all, I know that for a lot of people, buying prestige or fancy makeup products can cost a lot. Doing a little Nordstrom Rack review here for you all, this store has amazing deals on products that are very expensive at retail. Up to 50% off on everything most of the time. They have many products and a ton of high name designers there too! A lot of the makeup I find is from there and I highly suggest you go check them out (sadly it's only here in America) and get some great deals! Plus, none of the items are bad or "expired" either so you really are getting an extraordinary deal.
So this palette comes in really cool packaging as you can see in the pictures. It kind of looks like a wallet because of the fabric and zipper. Lo and behold, it's not! There's an awesome mirror as well! There are like cool animal designs in it too. This palette is very smokey and a lot of people don't really prefer dark shades but, there are some "not-so-wild" shades in here as well. I am always looking for palettes with a variety of different shades because I am usually drawn to just gold or brown...and that's no fun right?
A bonus about this palette is that it came with a full-size eyeliner! It's so creamy and probably one of the best pencil liners eye have used. It was so creamy that I accidentally broke the tip! What a lot of people don't realize is that you can actually sharpen Urban Decay's pencil liners. Some people think that they can't. I guess it's just because the packaging looks intimidating or something. Also, it does really "glide-on" like the label says. You can really create a dramatic look if you wanted to. This palette also came with a mini travel-size primer potion that I accidentally forgot to show, oops!
Now the only downside I noticed was that some of the shadows came off a bit chalky. I found it better to apply these shadows wet and there was an even better color pay off. My top three shades that I loved on were: Mushroom, Barlust, and Rock star. There are matte and shimmery-metallic shades in this palette and you also have some light neutrals like Kinky and Freestyle (some weird names right?). You also get some awesome colors like the royal blue, plum, and emerald green, which I think compliment a lot of people. Sure this palette has a couple dark shades; it's a really nice variety of colors instead of having like a dark brown and a light brown.
I really enjoy this palette so much. I feel like sometimes it's okay to bring back the old and make it new again. We forget how awesome some products really are so I hope this is a reminder of how great Urban Decay was and is! This palette is great for travelling and anyone looking to spruce up their makeup regimen.
I hope you guys enjoyed this review and will be inspired to switch up your makeup a bit every now and then. What do you think of this palette? Leave comments down below!

Hello lovelies! It is time for one of my favorite new palettes by Lorac. I have been meaning to try out Lorac's shadows and today is the day I share with you all what amazing shadows these are. I found this palette at my Nordstrom Rack but, you can also find it here online as well.
I have been wanting to try Lorac's eye shadows for so long. These shades are prefect for pretty much everyone. They're neutral and it's surprising at how many looks you can actually make with these four shades. Day or night, casual or party. These are honestly the most pigmented and opaque shadows I have used. They are very long wearing as well. My favorite shade is the one in the top right (no name sorry!). I love how it gives your lid a glowy-gold "bohemian" look. It's very flattering and pretty! The lighting was a bit bright when I was taking the swatches picture so the photo doesn't really do the colors justice but, you guys can understand and see what they look like on the skin.
I have been going to this palette every time I do my makeup and I am so amazed at how great Lorac's shadows are. Hopefully I can review more later! For now, leave comments below for what Lorac product I should try next!

Hello my lovelies! I recently did a little shop at my local Nordstrom Rack and was incredibly amazed by the huge selection of prestige beauty products that were there for half the actual retail price! So I picked up this holiday set from 2015 (I mean discounted Smashbox? Who cares if it's from last year haha) and I am so happy with these products. I know these products aren't limited edition anyway so I thought that it would be appropriate to do a little review on them! I bought the set for eight dollars at Nordstrom Rack.
Smashbox is a new discovery of mine. I know it's been around for a long time but, I have never had the courage to try out their products. When I saw this set (they also had some of the eye and lip holiday sets as well), I was very surprised. My friends always ask me like "Hey where's the best place to buy really good makeup?" and I'm like "Nordstrom Rack!". They have the best makeup products their for so little! Brands like Lorac, Stila, Laura Mercier, Nars, The Body Shop, Urban Decay and many others are there as well!
So many brushes! Hello everybody and happy February! I hope everyone has been having a great week and I can't wait for the weekend. Just going day by day until Spring break! So today I have a little brush review for y'all and I am so excited to share it with all of you!
So on one of my every-so-often Target excursions, I was just strolling through the makeup aisles and I found this very adorable Sonia Kashuk brush set. It was on clearance for $10! What an amazing deal! Since Sonia Kashuk can be exceptionally pricey, this was an awesome price for these five brushes. Plus, you get a really cute case to go with it!
Hello everyone! So today I have a quick post for you guys. It's a review on one of my loved bronzers and I feel like finding a really good, suitable bronzer can be a struggle if you aren't looking in the right direction. E.l.f has been one of my faves for a long time now, probably back in middle school when I was just starting to use makeup and had no money. The e.l.f. blush and contouring palette has been a bronzer that I have used for a really long time. I think I mentioned this in like one or two other posts before and I love it so much. This one is in the shade Antigua. The only thing that I don't really like about it is that the bronzer looks a bit more orange. All you have to do is blend and blend; it should be fine after that. It looks a bit shimmery too but, the other bronzer I have shown is not.
I recently purchased this golden bronzer mosaic type palette from e.l.f. and this has been one of my favorite drugstore bronzers of all time. The color is very soft and makes you look very goddess-like. You can even use each color separately if you like using one of the shades instead of all four. The one in the bottom left corner is really pretty used as a nice highlight above the cheek bone. They also have cool and warmer toned palettes as well. I also like to use the blush brush they have to apply the bronzers and blush.
Hello my lovelies! Today I have a very special review for you guys! One of my favorite palettes that I have ever owned. I am absolutely soo impressed with Stila and their eye shadows as I have never used any of their products. I have seen Zoella, Sprinkle of Glitter, and Tati review this palette and they completely love it as well. The sad thing that just happened right after I took these photos was that I dropped it as I was putting it away but, only one of the eye shadows that I really used a lot only broke a little (you can see it on the "Kitten" shade which is my fave right now).
Hey guys! I hope you have all had a happy new year so far and a great holiday season! Today, I am able to show you some products from Bornprettystore.com that I was able to pick out and do a review on. This is a sponsored post and all of the items shown were sent to me and all opinions are honest and my own.
So, Natalie, what is Bornprettystore anyway? Well, it's an online beauty store that has hundreds of products and the best thing is-- it's all affordable! I'm talking extremely low prices for things: makeup, jewelry, brushes, phone cases, nail products, clothing, hair stuff, and much much more. They are an Asian company (I believe out of Singapore) and only sell online but, they cater to many countries like the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Russia, they ship pretty much everywhere so you name it!
